Michael Lynch currently serves Sheridan Healthcare as the Vice President of Recruitment and is responsible for Sheridan’s clinical recruitment initiatives. Michael began his staffing and recruiting career in 1999. Since then he has held positions at some of the largest staffing and recruiting organizations in the country and has had the privilege of working with the most prestigious healthcare institutions in the nation. Michael’s experience is diverse and includes work in both the government and private sectors. As an Air Force veteran, Michael is passionate about government healthcare and started his physician staffing career servicing government clients across the nation.

In addition to his role at Sheridan Healthcare Michael also serves as the President of TIVA Healthcare, Sheridan’s external recruiting subsidiary. Michael oversees all aspects of TIVA’s commitment to excellence, partnering with healthcare facilities and physicians for both locum tenens and permanent placement opportunities nationwide.

Prior to joining Sheridan Michael held Director, Vice President, and Senior Vice President roles in the staffing and recruiting industry.
