Andrew Greenfield M. D. joined Sheridan Healthcare in 1994 as the Chief of Anesthesiology at Hollywood Medical Center. In 2006, he was promoted to Chief of Anesthesiology at Memorial Regional Hospital, a 700 bed tertiary care medical center, located in Hollywood, Florida. He was responsible for all anesthesia operations for the 60 plus member department. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, he served as a member of the Anesthesia Core team as well as the Director of Anesthesia Education for Sheridan Healthcare. In April of 2009 Dr. Greenfield assumed the role of Vice President of the Anesthesia Division for Sheridan Healthcare.
Dr. Greenfield attended the University of Florida on a National Merit Scholarship graduating in 1984. He received his medical degree from Temple University in 1988. Attending the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, he completed his Anesthesia residency in 1992. Dr. Greenfield holds board certification in Anesthesiology and continues to practice medicine.
