Robert Coward serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Coward joined Sheridan Healthcare in 1994 and previously served as its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for Operations. During his tenure he has overseen the Company`s financial transactions, its practice acquisitions and its progression from an anesthesiology group practice to the leading national multi-specialty provider of physician and allied health services. Prior to joining Sheridan Healthcare, he served in the audit department for Price Waterhouse Coopers and as the Director of Accounting for a regional dialysis provider. Mr. Coward earned his M.B.A. and his Bachelor of Science degrees from Florida State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
