Robert Coward serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Coward joined Sheridan Healthcare in 1994 and has overseen the Company`s financial transactions, its practice acquisitions and its progression from an anesthesiology group practice to a multi-specialty provider of physician and allied health services. Prior to joining Sheridan Healthcare, he served in the audit department for Price Waterhouse Coopers and as the Director of Accounting for a regional dialysis provider. Mr. Coward earned his M.B.A. and his Bachelor of Science degrees from Florida State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
