Facility Description:
A 188-bed acute-care community hospital, Rutland Regional Medical Center ("RRMC") is Vermont's second-largest healthcare facility and home to many of Vermont's finest healthcare professionals and most advanced medical services. Recent renovations and additions to the hospital campus have made RRMC one of the most accessible and modern facilities in the area, attracting patients throughout Vermont and as far as New Hampshire, eastern New York State and Montreal.
Practice Setting:
A team of 5 Anesthesiologists and 3 CRNAs will provide anesthesia in a state-of-the-art surgical suite with 4 operating rooms, with 1 OR in OB (run only for C-Sections). The annual surgical volume is approximately 5,000 and an obstetrical service will be provided to 600 deliveries a year. The case mix includes general surgery, gynecology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, plastics, vascular, urology and podiatry.

Renowned for its year-round recreational activities, residents and visitors enjoy the outdoors at nearby mountains and lakes including hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking and some of the finest skiing at Killington, Pico, Okemo and Stratton ski resorts, all within minutes from downtown Rutland.
